- How do I book a tour?
- Choose your tour and date, enter your details, and pay securely online. You will get an instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp. The whole thing takes about a minute.
- What's included in the price?
- Buffet lunch, bottled water, a licensed guide, the boat and fuel, life jackets, and snorkel gear on private and speedboat tours. For shared standard tours, snorkel gear is available to rent on-site. Government eco-tourism and lagoon fees are collected separately on-site.
- What should I bring?
- Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a dry bag for valuables. Towels are provided, no need to pack one. If you are joining a shared standard tour, you may want to bring your own snorkel gear or rent it on-site.
- Can I book for a large group?
- Absolutely. Smaller groups join a shared boat; larger groups can sail together across multiple boats on the same tour, or book a private charter. Message us on WhatsApp for groups of 15+.
- What happens if the weather is bad?
- Safety comes first. If the coast guard suspends sailing, we'll reschedule you to another date or arrange a full refund.
- Where do tours depart from?
- All tours depart from the El Nido Town Dock. We'll share the exact meeting point and time in your confirmation.
- Can I bring my children to the tour?
- Yes, families are very welcome. Children 0 to 2 years old join for free, and children 3 to 6 years old get 50% off. Child-size life jackets are provided. Just tell us the ages when you book so the crew is ready.
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Pay by card, GCash, Maya, GrabPay or PayPal.
- Can I get a refund if I cancel?
- Our full cancellation policy is available on our website and sent with your booking confirmation. If the Philippine Coast Guard suspends sea travel on your tour day, we reschedule you for the next available day or issue a refund or voucher.
- Are the tours suitable for non-swimmers?
- Yes. Life jackets are provided for everyone and the crew stays close during snorkeling stops. You can enjoy the beaches and lagoons without being a strong swimmer.
- What languages can I book in?
- English and French. Our WhatsApp support also helps in multiple languages, around the clock.
- What is the difference between Tour A, B, C and D?
- Tour A is the iconic lagoons. Tour B is caves and sandbars at a relaxed pace. Tour C is the dramatic cliffs and hidden beaches. Tour D is the quietest route with the best reef snorkeling. Each tour page has full details.
